Private Label Conditons for Lubricants  

 Minimum delivery quantity 

For sizes                        15 - 100 ml the minimum delivery is 500 units for the first order

200 - 250 ml the minimum delivery is 200 units for the first order.  

 500 ml the minimum delivery is 100 units for the first order. 

After the first order there is no minimum delivery quantity. 

 Products

You can choose from all the products in our range. First of all, you select the type of lubricant,  Either

1.                   a purely silicon-based lubricant or 

2.                   a water-based lubricant. 

 In addition, our product range offers 3 different viscosities: 

 1.      a silicon-based FLUID: with medium viscosity.

This is our best-established type with which one of our most popular products "EROS- Super concentrated" is produced. 

 2.  a silicon or water-based GEL: with high viscosity. A thickening agent is used to produce our more viscous type of lubricant. 

 3.  a water-based LIQUID: with low viscosity and thinner consistency. 

 Product prices

Product prices depend on the quantity ordered. We would be happy to calculate your own individual price upon request, based the quantity you require.

Product sizes

We can supply both lines to you in 15 ml, 30 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml bottles for filling. The 100 ml bottle has become the standard, most commonly requested product.

We should point out at this stage that each individual bottle size has to have its own label printed.

Our Tip; Stick with the 30 ml and 100 m/ sizes, at least to begin with - we can also supply these to you with our practical one-handed flip-on lid! 

Product form 

2 different forms are available to you as standard.

1.      Bottles, top opening, for filling with silicon lubricant

2.    Tubes, bottom opening cap, which are only suitable for filling with water-based lubricants.

3.   We are of course also able to fill your own bottles, if you supply them to us. 

 Product colours

We can supply you with bottles in black, white, clear plastic and also in yellow and red.

The bottle caps come in black, white and clear plastic and can be supplied with the bottles in any combination. The tubes are additionally available in blue.

Label design

The entire front of the label is yours. All we need is a certain amount of space to print the contents and instructions for use.

Label production

We take care of your label production on site! Our graphic designers undertake the preliminary work in conjunction with our label manufacturers. All we need from you or your agency is the artwork in digital form.

Printing and plate costs

For each bottle size (= label size) there is simply a one-off typesetting and film charge of 500 euro for the production of your label artwork in standard two-colour print. Each additional colour incurs a further one-off charge of 80 euro. Apart from these, there are no other production or printing charges for your labels. If you are planning on bottling an entire batch under your name, these figures will be reduced accordingly.

Product liability and licensing

Our lubricants are CE-certified under the latest directive Section 6 of the Medical Products Law (MPG). We assume statutory liability. We also licence your product in Germany.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees debited to the customer in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
